This Privacy Policy explains what information Skyline Sprint ("Skyline Sprint", "we", "us") collects when you visit skylinesprint.org (the "website"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.

Information you give us

When you fill in the contact form, we collect:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your location (the country you select);
• your company type (for example startup, small business or enterprise);
• your message and anything you choose to include in it.

If you contact us by email or phone instead, we receive the details you choose to share with us that way.

Information collected automatically

• When you submit the contact form, we record your IP address, your browser's user-agent (a short description of your browser and device) and the date and time of the submission. We use this to help detect spam and abuse.
• To stop the form being sent repeatedly, we keep a short-lived counter linked to your IP address. It expires automatically after a few minutes.
• Like most websites, our servers keep technical logs, which can include your IP address, so we can run and secure the website.
• If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit. See Cookies and Analytics below.

Information stored in your browser

We save your cookie choice (accepted or declined) in your browser's local storage so that we don't ask you again on every visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant on this website is currently a preview. Messages you type into it are not sent to us or stored on our servers. They stay in your browser and are cleared when you close or reload the page. We will update this policy before that changes.

We use the information described above to:

• reply to your enquiry and talk with you about it;
• prepare proposals and quotations, and arrange the appointments, projects or training you ask about;
• keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up and manage our relationship with you;
• protect the website and its forms from spam, abuse and security threats;
• understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it (through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies).

When you first visit the website, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies.

• If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. It uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the links you click, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. We use this to understand how the website is used and to improve it.
• If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

The Google Analytics cookies described above are the only optional cookies on this website.

Changing your choice: there is no cookie settings panel yet. To change your choice, clear this website's cookies and site data in your browser settings. This also removes any existing Google Analytics cookies, and the banner will appear again on your next visit.

We use service providers to run the website and handle enquiries. They receive information as follows:

• Google: Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies) and Google Sheets, which our team uses to manage contact form enquiries.
• Hosting and database providers that host the website and store contact form submissions for us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires us to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our clients or the security of the website.

Skyline Sprint is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our service providers, including Google, may store and process information in other countries.

• Contact form enquiries: we keep these for as long as we need them to respond to you, manage any work that follows, and meet our legal and business obligations.
• Form rate-limit counters: these expire automatically after a few minutes.
• Google Analytics data: this is kept according to the data retention settings of our Google Analytics account.
• Your cookie choice: this stays in your browser until you clear it.

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), limits repeated form submissions and filters automated spam. However, no method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You can decline analytics cookies, or clear them at any time, as described above.
• You can ask us what personal information we hold about you from your enquiries, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below.

Depending on where you live, local data protection laws may give you further rights. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

The website links to other sites, including our Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features to the website. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
